Leave with a clearer view of what is breaking—and what needs attention first.

Who this call is for

Implementation is still functioning, but it is getting harder to control.

Timelines are less predictable, escalations are increasing, or managers and leaders are stepping in more often to keep delivery on track.

Growth is exposing weaknesses in the way Implementation operates.

Sales is bringing in more volume or complexity, but you are not confident the current team structure, processes, or capacity model can keep absorbing it.

You know something needs to change, but the root cause is not yet clear.

You may be considering more headcount, new processes, or broader operational changes and want to understand the problem before committing to a solution.

What to expect

1

Map What’s Happening

We’ll spend the first part of the call understanding what you are seeing inside Implementation—where delivery is becoming difficult, what has changed as the company has grown, and where leadership is spending more time than it should.

2

Identify the Pressure Points

We’ll narrow in on the issues creating the most risk and discuss whether they look like isolated execution problems or signs of a broader operating-model issue.

3

Decide What Makes Sense

We’ll talk about what I would examine next and whether my work fits what you need. If it does, I’ll explain what an engagement could look like; if it does not, we’ll know that too.

Common hesitations

“

“I’m not sure if I’m ready for this.”

You do not need to know exactly what the problem is or be ready to start an engagement. In fact, part of the purpose of the conversation is to help distinguish between something your team can address internally and a more structural issue that may require additional support.

“

“I don’t know which engagement I need.”

You don’t need to yet. The purpose of the conversation is to understand what is happening, determine whether the issue is structural, and identify the most appropriate next step.
